IT Support Account Manager

This is an external sales role that involves maintaining and enhancing our existing customer base through scheduled, twice yearly site visits, with the aim of selling new or additional support services. Excellent customer relationship management is key to this role as well as teamwork as you generate interest in additional services and pass leads to other departments.

The successful candidate will have to be highly driven and expected to reach and exceed monthly targets in all areas. Administrative support will be provided to help you reach these targets.

A proven and successful sales track record is essential, preferably within IT as you will be expected to discuss detailed IT issues at many sites.

This is a fantastic starting point for anyone wishing to progress in a fast paced IT environment.

Telemarketing Executive

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this role will form an integral part of our sales team by generating new leads through proactive, targeted telephone campaigns. You will also assist in generating and executing direct mail campaigns, and support field based consultants as an active member of the team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years office experience, preferably within a sales environment. Knowledge of IT products and solutions will prove an advantage, but not essential. Would suit an ambitious graduate or someone with an aptitude for sales looking for a long term career development plan within an expanding IT company.
