As MJC are specialists in IT solutions for charities, the Foundation has become both a valued customer through a full network development project but also partners as MJC actively support this dedicated organisation through ongoing sponsorship. Players were also charged an entry fee to be given a chance to win IT equipment, generously donated by an MJC supplier.
MJC’s Grant Cosnett, Account Manager for the Foundation for Conductive Education explains “The £240 we raised at our Annual Golf Tournament puts our total to over £3,000 raised through a variety of fundraising activities such as charity runs and gala dinners. After being one of our customers for several years, we see our partnership with the Foundation just going from strength to strength”.
The Foundation for Conductive Education which is based at NICE in Moseley, Birmingham teaches children and adults with physical disabilities such as cerebral palsy, dyspraxia, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, stroke and head injury how to overcome their movement difficulties. Fiona Walker, Corporate and Trust Fundraiser at the Foundation, delighted with the donation says “We’re genuinely grateful for the help you and the team have given us. Your generosity has ensured that parents and disabled babies will continue to benefit from Conductive Education, helping them reach their full potential and lead confident and independent lives”.
