Response Times
We can offer from standard 24hr(working) on-site response time to next working day by agreement.

Stock Holding
We hold component stock levels for all our current contracts. By arrangement, stock can be purchased to enable us to fall in-line with your stock management needs.

Engineers
Our engineers fully employed to ensure service standards are controlled. They are trained to the highest standards in order to meet the needs of the current and future market places.

Customer Help-line
Our customer help-line is operated by highly trained and dedicated analysts for fault diagnosis and call logging. Facility for calls to be answered using our clients company name can be arranged through a dedicated telephone number.

Warranty Cards
We supply serialised Warranty Cards to be included with the new PC for warranty registration by the end user. Our cards can be personalised with your company logo and customer care helpline telephone number. A sample of our Warranty Card is enclosed.

Extended Warranty
We can offer the end user an extended warranty up to a maximum of 3 years. This offer of extended warranty is based on Maztec supplied parts as well as on-site labour. This offer can be made in conjunction with our clients to represent a manufacturers’ standard or extended warranty.
