Bespoke support packages for all requirements

Flexi-Care is a retainer style, flexible support solution which is right for you if you wish to compliment internal IT teams, have only intermittent support requirements or wish to cover non-mission critical equipment.

Unlike Managed Service, Flexi-Care is allocated to your organisation rather than individual items. Packages start at £1000 and can be used for any of our services that have a labour content including not only support but also installations, health checks and system administration.

Our Flexi-Care and Managed Service packages can be combined in order to create an individual support solution ideal for your organisation. For mission critical equipment such as servers, hubs and switches the comprehensive support of Managed Service is ideal whilst the more flexible Flexi-Care can added to cover PCs and printers which do not require the same level of response or Technical expertise.
