ICT Technician Service
An extra pair of hands when you need them most….
If you are a school, college, business or charity that requires regular help with recurring IT maintenance & support tasks, then we can provide an experienced ICT technician at a competitive rate.
Technicians are allocated to customers in 2 hour, half day and full day blocks to attend your site on what ever regular interval you request.
These regular intervals could be weekly, bi-weekly monthly, quarterly or could simply coincide with a regular requirement such as a school needing help at the beginning of each new school term to add new school children to their system.
When purchased in bulk at the beginning of your agreement, ICT Technician Service days will work out more cost effective than Flexi-care for customers with requirements occurring at regular intervals.
Create your own support package
Flexi-Care, Managed Service & ICT Technician Service packages can be combined in order to create an individual support solution ideal for your organisation. For mission critical equipment such as servers, hubs and switches the comprehensive support of our Managed Service is ideal whilst the more flexible Flexi-Care can added to cover PCs and printers which do not require the same level of response or Technical expertise. Technician Days through our ICT Technician Service can then be priced separately if you require regular full or half day visits in order to carry network “house keeping” duties.
