What is obServer remote monitoring?

obServer checks your critical systems every five or fifteen minutes depending on which frequency you require. Whenever the slightest issue is detected, obServer will send an email or SMS alert showing the exact nature of the problem directly to us. It updates our engineers obServer control centre which shows us the exact status of all our customers systems.

We’ll see the true nature of the problem, rather than you having to spend valuable time out of your day explaining to us what has happened and what you think might be the problem.

obServer for true transparency

By using the obServer client portal you can view your IT network and its current status. You’ll be able to login to the obServer website from your PC or via your mobile phone and view the issues that we’re working on at that time. You’ll be able to assess whether your anti-virus is up-to-date, whether your backup has been completed successfully or even if your website is up or down. Alternatively you may just want an overall system health check.

The asset management service which is also available as an option, will give you the added functionality of viewing and printing your asset inventory report and getting an exact picture of what hardware and software you’re running. Save even more time by using the asset change report so you can see what software has been added or what hardware has been removed. Keep organised with the software license report to ensure you’re within your paid-for license limit.
